thank you for what I consider to be outstanding customer service. A few weeks ago I was looking for a defensive baton since I was going to be traveling in the Caribbean. It was a Friday afternoon and I had literally called around the country trying to order one for delivery for the next week. "Can't help you" and "out of stock" were all I heard over and over again until I got Randy on the phone. He listened to my predicament, made a few phone calls, and called me back with a solution. He had the baton and would ship it to my Hotel in St. Johns. Understand that this was like 4:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. When I go to St. Johns on Tues, the baton was waiting at the desk. "Customer service" is almost a forgotten concept, but Randy and Security Plus really came through and I deeply appreciate it. I ended up buying some night vision goggles too, simply because Randy took the time to talk about them with me. I was the customer and he made me feel important. I was never looking for "best price", but I did want to feel that my money and my time were worth something more and Randy delivered. Thanks. Very much. I purchased several items from your company recently (my first online purchase) you made it easy and the prices were very reasonable compared to other web sites I had visited. Some didn't have secure sites and others didn't take credit cards. Others had ridiculous pricing. I felt I had made a wise decision, until last week, when I found I had made the perfect decision. Two of the purchases I made were the Night Vision Goggles and the 17" stun baton and holster. While out in the woods with some friends before daylight, I was wearing the goggles so I could see clearly, we heard a loud noise coming straight toward us. We had no time, so I grabbed my stun baton just as a 267 pound bore hog charged us. Luckily I hit him with the first touch and he fell like a rock. | I won't give you a long story, and I had never had a real problem before, but a few days after my ZF-ST arrived, I entered a yard to make a delivery. I drive a big brown truck and have the same route everyday. The folks were keeping a friends dog and he came at me full force. All I had to do was pull the trigger and the sound alone, stopped him in his tracks. He turned and went behind the house, not to return. No more problems but I don't get out without it. | Simply one of the best pieces of hardware I carry on my bike. I never leave home without my 26 inch expandable baton, but a few days ago, my wife and I went to a major event and I took my 14 inch stun baton. Am I glad I did. Around 2:00am as my wife and I were getting on our bike, we were approached by two men demanding what money I had. I told them the money was in my saddle bag and reached inside for it (need I say more). I guess they were wondering what happened after they came to. My wife rides her own bike, now she wants her own personal protection gear. You'll be seeing our names a lot. | I had no prior experience with video equipment, but after finding your web site and seeing your product was plug and play and finding out how easy it was to place the order, I figured, why not give it a try. | We bought the place of our dreams in a wooded subdivision about a year ago. Since there had been a few burglaries several miles from us recently, I wanted to get a security system, but never seemed to get around to putting up with all the sales hype. I happened upon your site one sleepless night and saw this page. What have I got to lose, I asked myself. I ordered the kit. One of the places beside of us had a system, the other did not. We left for the weekend, when we returned, the house on the other side, without any system, had been cleaned out. Ours and the house with the security system had not been touched.
