Installing the Batteries in your new Stun Baton:

Remove only the end cap of the handle. Never unscrew the handle. Pull the battery contacts out of the end. Slide a 9 vdc Everyready Energizer(only) partially into the handle and connect the contact to the battery. Repeat for the second battery. These stun batons will fire only with the Eveready Energizer 9vdc batteries. After the batteries are in place, inside the handle, replace the end cap. Some people are twisting the handle off to install the batteries and this pulls the wires loose in the baton and it will then, not work. Because each baton is tested seperately to ensure that you are receiving the very best product, the factory will not replace batons with the wires broken from being twisted from the handle. Do not fire cold bursts, longer than 2 seconds, this will damage the baton. These Stun Master Stun Batons are the very finest products available and are built to last for years of service.
