 If for any reason you need to return a product purchased, you must obtain  return authorization from us via email or fax. All product is covered by a 1 year Mfg. warranty. Any product returned must have original packaging and be in new condition with all packaging and paperwork in tact or there will be a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable. All of our stun guns have a lifetime warranty. If you are ever forced to use your pepper spray in your defense, send us a copy of the police report and we will replace it free of charge and put your story on our site.
